It's specifically designed for people who feel that there is something missing in your life, as more than likely that something is YOU!!!
 

The LYMY flightpath provides YOU with a gem-box of tools over a 13-week period that will enhance every relationship in your life, especially the one with yourself.

Your Self

How connected are you to yourself? Do you even like yourself?
Are you living the life of your dreams and desires?
Where are you personally on the priority list of things to take care of each day?
Are you happy, joyous and fulfilled in all areas of your life: professionally, mentally, financially, socially, family, physically and spiritually?
​Would you like to have a better relationship with yourself?

During this 13 week program, you will connect to who you are and you will begin to see the enormous benefits, taking care of your self first each day brings to all areas of your life.

Your Food & Drink

Do you consciously plan and eat your meals?
Do you allow your emotions and events in your life dictate what and how much you consume?
Are you drinking alcohol and looking for other stimulants to make you feel better and fill a void within you?
Do you run out of energy around 3pm each day and look for a quick "pick-me-up"?
Would you like to be able to easily choose meals that will give you more energy?

During this 13 week program, we will begin to crave natural organic food and break the relationship we have with bad food.
We'll become aware of how we emotionally and physically feel after eating food that is good for us and food that is not so good.
We'll also become aware of our emotional triggers that cause us to eat and drink to excess.

Your Body Image

How do you feel when you look at yourself in the mirror?
Are you happy with the person who looks back at you?
How do you feel when you look at photos of yourself?
​When was the last time you actually felt good about your body?
Would you like to love how you look, no matter what size you are?

During the 13 week program, we will come to the realisation that our body is a product of what and how much we consumed and moved yesterday. We will stop comparing ourselves with others and begin to see that the only person we are comparable to is "Yesterday Me."
​From this persepctive, we will create a loving healthy relationship with our body.

Your Movement

How often do you exercise?
Do you put off exercising because you are too tired?
When was the last time you went for a walk?
Do you ever take the stairs instead of the lift and/ or get off at an earlier bus stop?
Would you like to be able to easily jump out of bed early and enjoy exercising?

During the 13 week program, we will slowly introduce regular movement that is joyous and fun. You will begin to see and value the many benefits that conscious movement adds to your life. You will actually love how extra movement gives you extra energy and time.

Your Relationships

How healthy are your relationships with others?
Are you happy at home?
Are your business and work colleagues aligned with you?
Have you achieved balance in all areas of your life?
Would you like to be able to be your true self with everyone in your life?

During the 13 week program, as we connect more to our self we will begin to connect more with others. Our perspectives will change and we will be able to see other people and things as they are. As we begin to create balance, all relationships in our life will be enhanced.

With Nature

When was the last time you went for a conscious walk in nature... smelled the roses so to speak?
Have you recently allowed all your senses to be evoked as you sat in nature?
Have you ever spent time near water, allowing it to wash your worries away?
​How would you like to be able to enjoy spending time alone in nature?

During the 13 week program, we will be spending a lot of time in nature, seeing, watching, feeling and listening to the beauty of our amazing planet. We will re-connect with mother nature and we'll become grateful that we can freely indulge whenever we so choose.

With the Universe

 When was the last time you spent time by yourself?
Have you recently quietened your mind and just listened?
​When was the last time you spent time journaling about all the things you are grateful for?
How would you like to be able to quickly bring yourself into ease, no matter what the situation? 

During the 13 week program you will re-connect with your spiritual self, assisting you to value spending 15 - 20 minutes each day visualising and/or meditating, in order for you to be guided to creating your purposeful life. We will begin to realise that when we consume anything too much it’s because we don’t consume other things enough and that we tend to take in too much material substance when we are starving ourselves spiritually.
